Consistency has never been my strong point, and having neglected my blog for several weeks I'm now posting twice in one week.
Back in September, I mentioned taking some photos of a row of houses awaiting demolition in Beach Road, Happisburgh, Norfolk, and the surrounding land. Anyhow, yesterday afternoon I took advantage of the low autumn sun to gather some more images. I'm not sure when the houses are actually coming down, but, since I was there last, work has already been started on a new car park opposite the sentenced houses. It's all part of a project to revitalise the village while bowing to the inevitable coastal erosion.
I might eventually set up a whole webpage on Happisburgh (pronounced (Hazeborough), but in the meantime here are several of the images taken yesterday:If anyone would like to respond in any way please feel free to send me an email via the contact box on my website.
